It Looks Like The Coorparoo Myer Redevelopment Is Actually Going To Happen

There have been a few false starts but there is some action on the old Myer site at Coorparoo. There are some big plans.

The State Government has approved a $150 million plan featuring 300 apartments and 1500sqm of retail. The first stage could be completed by the end of next year.

It all looks great but it will certainly change the landscape of Coorparoo Junction. It will be strange not seeing the old Myer Building. Here is a flashback from the good ol’ days….
