What Can You Do With 711m2 of Prime Greenslopes Land?

Many of you will remember the home fire in Bardsley Avenue (right near Rock ‘n’ Roll Fruit Barn) earlier this year,

The house at number 13 was badly damaged and ever since I have had a steady stream of people asking what might happen with the site.

The current owners have decided to move on and boy does it present an amazing opportunity to the right person.

The site is 711m2 of level land. Need a large home site? Exploring the multi-unit dwelling potential? It's worth doing your homework, who knows when another opportunity like this will present itself.

To discuss further give me a call on 0424 149 026.

The Largest 2 Bedroom Unit You Will Ever Find

Everyone agrees, there is something very special about 3/37 Crump Street, Holland Park West.

It’s not just the oversized bedrooms, the immaculate gardens and grounds of the complex or the direct access straight up your private stairs to the unit. With 143m2 of living space including the largest balcony you you will see, this unit is the logical step for “downsizers” who still desire entertaining and living space to burn.

Buying A First Home Before October 11?

There is no doubt that we have seen a strong increase in enquiry for people looking to buy their first home before the $7,000 grant disappears early October. And with good reason, it doesn’t look like it is coming back any time soon and with prices stable it does appear to offer a genuine contribution to the purchase price of a first home.

As a result we have a number of property owners who are looking to sell soon but aren’t quite ready to go to market.

If you are actively looking for a first home, particularly a unit with a budget below $350,000 or a house in the $500,000 range make yourself known (i.e. send us an email or give us a call). We can give you the “inside scoop” on some of the upcoming property listings, some available right now, others next week. There will be sales before some officially hit the market.

You Still Have Until 11 October To Claim First Home Owner’s Grant

No doubt all potential first home buyers heard about the abolishment of the $7,000 grant for established homes announced in this weeks state budget.

There was some confusion about when it would happen with press release stating that buyers had until 11 October to ‘complete” contracts.

It has since been clarified by the Office Of State Revenue that buyers have until 10 October to enter into a contract (i.e. Contract Date must be before 11 October).
