What can you do with 810m2 in a prime Greenslopes location?
Consisting of two 405m2 lots, the existing 3 bedroom house is in very good condition and offers a solid return.
Where to take it from here? Here are some ideas
- There is a stable return so just hold it for now until you are ready to take it further
- Investigate the possibility of retaining the existing house and build more at the rear of the property
- Have a talk to council re: removing the home and utilising the site for two new dwellings. Yes it is DCP but it’s very close to amenities and it’s not unheard of for houses to be removed in the area
